Unable to load any of my previous files

Post by jaykay »

I have opened WYSIWYG 15 today, as usual, only to find that although my current and files show and appear to be available for opening and editing, the response to an "open" request is that the files are not available. I only updated and published about 7 days ago. Now, after two attempts to load the files again for editing, they have disappeared from the screen altogether. PANIC! - what do I do now? I am certain that not only have I not deleted them, but that I saved the files on the website on editing occasion.

Can you offer any solution or advice please?

Maybe you have accidentally moved the files to another location?

Note that the software will never remove any files, so they will still be were you last saved them.

Maybe you have accidently replaced the project with an empty one I guess. You can pull out a backup from C:\Users\User\Documents\WYSIWYG Web Builder\backups if you had any backup.
