Issue with Dividers

Pablo and the Team,

I have just experienced strange error with WYSIWYG Webbuilder Divider. Before with v15, it was working well. After I upgraded to v16, I lost all the settings for all Dividers. There are no more options to select. I meant the select type is by default "None" and not show any other options like Mountain, Hills etc as of before.

What could be the problem?.

Are you sure the folder is correct?
I cannot think of anything else.

I am very sure. I propose v16 should be reviewed. That some some glitches which I experienced:

1. On layer grid-->Overflow, there is no "default option" anymore to select.
2. Divider folder just has "SVG" file which is only for split. As I said early on, I lost all my dividers as the selection shows only "split" on type selection.
3. Importing project files from v15 is no more supported. I lost all my previous project after I install the new v16.

This option was added in 16.1
If it's not available then maybe you have an old languages module installed?

As I said early on, I lost all my dividers as the selection shows only "split" on type selection.

Maybe you have accidentally deleted or moved the files?
I can ensure you that nothing has changed related to dividers.
Also, as you can see on the forum no one else has this issue.

3. Importing project files from v15 is no more supported. I lost all my previous project after I install the new v16.

You should be able to import all your WB15 project. There are no known issues with this feature.
What is the exact problem? Is there an error?

It can not be me alone. May be other people have not realized it. Honestly, I uninstalled all other previous versions and made a fresh installation with v16.1.0. it could not resolve the issue of dividers.

I am sure it's a configuration related issue.

Where is the divider folder located on your computer?
Which folder did you configure as the system folder?
Can you make have screenshot of your settings and the folder?

This is not correct.

It should be
C:\Users\ojotome\Documents\WYSIWYG Web Builder

Nothing changes sir. I did that several times.

Do you have any extensions? If so, simply copy the extensions folder that resides in My Documents within the Wysiwyg folder.
- Delete the entire folder.
- Uninstall Wysiwyg
- Go to the Program Files folder and if its folder is there delete it.
- Install the new 16.1
- Copy the extensions folder back to the My Documents/wysiwg folder and you are good to go.

This can only be a configuration issue. I am 100% sure.

Step 1
Make sure the system folder is set to:
C:\Users\ojotome\Documents\WYSIWYG Web Builder

Step 2
Make sure the webbuilder.exe has access to folder
Your firewall, virusscanner or system permissions may block the folder for webbuilder.exe

Step 3
Make sure your user name is 'ojotome'

Step 4
Make sure the dividers file (SVG) are in the folder:
C:\Users\ojotome\Documents\WYSIWYG Web Builder\system\dividers\

SVG is already in Divider folder. I said it early that on the select type, there is only "none and split". There is nothing else apart from this. I did all these steps nothing changed.

I am an Administrator for my pc. It worked well on v14 and v15 since started using web builder.

I still think there is a configuration issue. I am sure that this is not an issue in the software otherwise many other users would have the same problem.
Also, note v14 did not have this feature so it could not have worked there... But it works the same as in v15, it just loads the file form the folder.

To be able help you further I need a screenshot of your settings and a screenshot of the dividers folder.
