Can someone explain the legality of built-in stock?

Post by etcbbu »

Hi, I've got a question about the built-into-WB stock-photo platforms called "Unsplash" And "Pixabay", that I see whenever I go into the "Properties" of an Image Object within my .WBS work-space, and go to "Stock Photos" with the little camera icon.

Are these legal to be used in projects or not? I am looking to possibly have a client where I will be possibly using some stock photos, and I may want to use some of these. But how is it that WB lets us pre-choose these in a chooser, but then, these images are somehow still "may be copyrighted", suggesting we should *NOT* use them on a commercial website? Would just like some clarity on this.
