Change/update a linked form

I updated a contract. The contract is accessed via a file link on my page. The updated contract has a new name. I edited the link to go to the updated contract, but it continued to load the old contract. However, if I publish the page then view the page directly from the link in the WYSIWYG editor, it shows the new contract. I've tried different browsers, clearing cache, etc etc etc. Finally, I deleted the old contract from my Webserver - now no contract loads at all... These questions are hard to explain in a forum like this. I wish WYSIWYG had an actual help desk

Maybe the name of the file is not valid / web safe?
For example, maybe there are spaces in the file name?
