Google say "Site is affected by 7 Product issues"

I have had the following email from Google this morning. It makes no sense to me. I was tempted to ignore it but I'm worried that not 'fixing' it will affect our Google Search ranking.

Maybe it's just spam?

OK, thanks. I'm going to do nothing except tell Google that the issues are fixed and see if the warning comes back in a week or so.
