Hi

I download the last update and install it on new laptop and uninstall it from the old laptop but when I try to activate with the activation code of the same version 16 serial I receive that "this license is already registered for a different email address, although i enter the same email and same activation code you sent to me during purchase.

may you help me

the old version on the old pc is 32 bit

but the update install on new pc is 64 bit

This message means that you are using a different email address than the first time you activated the software.
You can look up the email address you have previously used in the Help -> About
