Cannot get it to unzip

Post by Dart »

I am sure this is a common issue however I could not find it in the forum. I get to the setup64 application open this up try to install and I get: An error occurred while;e trying to replace the existing file access is denied.
Should I remove my old WYSIWYG software, any help is appreciated.

This is most likely an issue that is caused by your firewall or virus scanner.
Make sure that nothing blocks the setup.

That's what I read in your help section. I have added to my firewall and AVG and still having issues.

Downloaded it to my laptop and the program runs great as it would, however, it will not publish. I have all settings correct as I have checked them 5 times.
any ideas on both of these issues, thanks.

AVG is known to have problems with allowing software to get access to files and folders. See also related topics on this forum.
Unfortunately, there is nothing I can do from my side to help you with this. It is not possible for the software to bypass your virus scanner restrictions.
Only AVG can solve that for you.

To be able to help you with the publish problem, I need more information.
Are there any errors in the publish log?
