Retrieve license and hire a developer for a project

Hello, I haven't been in a while and I have two questions to ask.

1) I bought a license a long time ago, I would like to know how I can recover my license and make it migrable to the new version (16.x..).
2) I want to create the sale of digital products, in this case a software.

I would like you to use a combox, select the type of hiring year (example 1 year, 365 days) and then another combox, indicating the devices to use, for example (5 devices, 5 activations)

These records should be saved in a database, where the device name and a registered HWID of said equipment are located, in which the client can deactivate (delete) this record from his device, in case he does not want to have registered one device and want to activate it on another.

In case it already fulfills all the activations, do not let it activate any more.

All this should be based on an API where we consult a URL for the license code and its status, to know if the equipment is still active or to activate said equipment.

First question what version of WWB do you already have a license for?

Your requerement are very specific, so there is no standard solution for this.
This require a custom script.

I have been able to recover my license, it is version 11, but I would like to know how to migrate to the latest version.
