Can older versions get

Can users that have purchased older version of WYSIWYG 11 or 12 get the discounted upgrade price for the newer version of WYSIWYG 16 ?

The reason I ask I submitted a request with my licensee info days ago and got no response yet.

I resubmitted it and got this web reply
