Unable to add any objects to page

I'm trying out WYSIWYG using the demo version. I have created a site and uploaded it but now when I try to add an object (layout grid, text, in fact anything) most of my content disappears and the "Built with..." image is displayed in a large area. Is this a limitation of WYSIWYG demo or is there an issue?

Can you guarantee me that if I purchase v16.2 that I will not have this problem?

Pablo can answer your question about limitations but I assure there are no issues like you described in the purchased version. It is the best web building software out there. I've used it since version 10.

The demo version works the same as the full version. All features are fully functional, except for extensions.

It is difficult to see what you have done based on the video. I need the project file and a description how to reproduce this behavior.

There is an error in the HTML structure, which causes a layout conflict.

Here is how you can solve it:
- add a new object, for example a 'Heading'
- find the object in the in the Object Manager (for me it was added 'about-us-grid')
- right click the object and select 'Remove from layer'

This should fix the structure.

Brilliant support response! That fixed it....thank you.

I had purchased v14 before but I didn't really get on with it but since viewing a lot of videos, I am now certain that WYSIWYG is for me and I shall be purchasing the full version in the coming days.

Would I be entitled to a discount?
