Preview Publish 14 build files in 16

Several sites I made in build 14 preview perfect in 14. I just open them in 16 and they look great but in publish and preview the font size on all the pages triple in size. I close without saving. Open them again in 14 and publish and preview them and they look great. What am I doing wrong in 16?

More than likely this is will be related to the DPI configuration.
