Converting my website from a layered one to a responsive

I would like to send you my files of my website which I built in Layers to see how if it can be converted to Responsive. I forgot how to send it to you, please let me know.

You can make your (fixed) website responsive by adding breakpoints.
If you want make the layouts flexible, then you can use layout grids.

I tried that with no luck that it worked. I would like you to take a look at my files and then tell me what you think, is that possible.?

I can look at your work but you will have to add the breakpoints yourself.
Where does it stop working for you?
What information are you missing?
