If you have the same problem in another tool (in this case WinSCP) then it cannot be a software related problem, right?

Can one use mailchimp with webbuilder. If i want to create a sign up form in mailchimp, they give me a code to paste in the header of the website, will that be possible?

Yes, just like any other code given for anything else, you can insert it into WB via the html code box. You need to understand where it should be placed.

The Carousel...how can i get the images to display bigger in mobile? The slider is very small on the mobile page

The HTML you have inserted, has a fixed size, so that is why it's not flexible. The code will be published "AS IS".

To make the image bigger: add a breakpoint and make the carousel bigger.
