changing Text

hello, i am having troubles with my site.
In WYSIWYG it is like normal text: tu m'as trouvé and then when i upload the text to my website it looks like this: tu m'as trouv�
this is for al the letters with this symbol: é
Why a questionmark appears on my site and what can i do to have normal text like the dutch and englisch version

Did you set the character set in Page Properties to UTF8?
