How to insert the icon in the css menu along with text

I have inserted this CSS menu and from the menu property there I can put the icon into menu tabs from the link section.
but the icon replaced the text menu.

is there a possibility to show the icon like on the left side of the text menu? I mean along with the text to show both icon and text?
