Selector

Hello,
Does anyone know how to achieve the effect of such a selector (https://www.cytivalifesciences.com/en/u ... r-selector). When you select a query from the drop down list, another drop down list appears with queries etc, and at the bottom in the table the matching answers appears.
I would appreciate your help.

What your looking for is called "Chained Selects' there was a extension available at one time from forum member [RZ] but sadly he passed away and the extension is no longer available to purchase.

Other possibility is to hide and show the different fields on the forms, depending of the selection.
