I have a crazy trouble with the Heading tool. I tried to reproduce the simple exemple layoutgrid.wbs of the responsive tutorial. I use the same parameters for the layout grid but, when I create a heading I get a wrong alignment on my test page :

If I copy the heading from the example on my layoutgrig, I get a correct screen :

I have just seen the on the heading tool of the version 16.3 or 16.3.1, the frame layout and checkbox full width (true/false) is missing on the General tab.
Could somebody tell me what is wrong in my page to get this bad result.
