Problem with the Heading tool

Good morning to WB specialists,

I meet some trouble with the Heading tool with the Layout grid. I just tried to reproduce the example from the responsive tutorial. When I create the heading using the tool from version 16.3.0 or 16.3.1, I get the screen below with Firefox or Edge :

When I copy and paste the heading from the example, I get a right screen :

I have seen that now, on the properties of the heading, the frame Layout is missing. Is it the problem?

I think the the heading is not inside the layout grid.
