Rather than have a form go on to a single success page, is there any way I can have it go on to a variety of success pages depending on what was filled in on the form?
I mean, if the form is submitted with an editbox value of X go on to success page X or, if the editbox has a value of Y go on to success page Y.
A form with more than one success page

There is no standard solution for this. This will require a custom script.
