the social icons are grouped in a single icon and expanded

I got the sticky layers that are directly appear in the pages, but if you check this url https://go.oracle.com/LP=69725

3 icons -> when you click the social icon->it will show the group of icons

which feature is that? how to do it?

I do not see this on my computer,.,. it looks like you get another website.

But anyway, there is no standard solution for this. You wil need to create this yourself with a custom script.

I tried it with Chrome and Firefox and I don't see the icons either.
