There should not be any bugs in the latest version.
Can you please be more specific?

The text is very small via smartphone (ex: 414 * 376)
with the new version, I have never had this before

I doubt that this has anything to do with the update.

Maybe the problem is related to your DPI configuration?

I cannot see what you have done based on the image
Do you have a demo project, so I can see all the settings?

the site before 16.4.0

If there is a problem in the software then it will be fixed as soon as possible.
However, to be able to help you, I need to see what you have done. I need a project file.
I do not need the entire website. Just a small demo project with one page, so I can see the settings

A crazy thing, I just tested
if I do a copy/paste for example text or image without modifying anything, the new copy works as before!
* sorry but I need a translator, I only speak french. :?

if I make a new project with 16.4 no problem, just the old versions cause problem

Ok, I deleted some elements of the project, you have to be in responsive to see it. I corrected a site, just copy and paste (text and image) without modifications and it works correctly.

Is this a newly create page or did you load the page without making any changes?
It looks like the option 'Automatically scale new objects in breakpoints' is enabled in Tools -> Options -> General

If this is not a new project then can you shaere the project before you saved it with 16.4?

No change with this option checked or not. This is an old project, I just removed some things.
I don't have the previous version anymore
I specify that the projects were working well since v15 and 16 until this 16.4.

If you have enabled backups then you may find the previous version of the project in the backup folder.

Can you please describe exactly what you did before this started to happened?
Are you sure this option is "OFF'? Based on your project it looks like it is checked.

Also, if I compare the page with the previous version then it looks like you have added a breakpoint?
So, that in combination with this the setting explains why it behaves like this.

Here is an old version, I just tested with 16.3.0 it works well, I have the problem with 16.4.0 or after testing, I have to remove the breakpoint!
it worked with the previous version!
Just copy/paste the elements and it's done.
There is a problem with 16.4.0
Don't waste your time, I will stay in 16.3.0.
Old version in 16.3.0

Your project works correct for me in 16.4
Did you make sure the option 'Automatically scale new objects in breakpoint' is OFF?

Yes!
My problem is solved, I made a copy/paste of the objects with problems on my sites and it works with 16.4.0
Thanks Pablo.
