I am trying to add a ready to use Java script onto a web page but when i insert it it is not showing in that location.
it is behind all other elements of the web page and at position 0,0
Has anyone any idea what I'm doing wrong?

I did not read the script description which said the breaking news banner would be inserted at the top of the page.
So now I am trying to edit the HTML sript to get the position and size i require
