WWB16 missing img in background after F5

Hi, I am building a new website with WWB16 as below for chinese version. The background img is always missing after F5 refresh.

I check with F12 and find information as below.

This has nothing to do with WWB
Please disable 'page speed' and remove all custom code, then try again.

Hi Pablo, thanks for your prompt reply. I do not add any code at all. I could only read simple code.

I uninstall WWB16 in control panel and install again. Download new template and upload to my website for testing.
But it is still the same.

Do I need to remove any file to truly reset WWB? or could you help me to see what is going on?

BTW, Preview the page is fine. It is not working when I upload to server.

The code of the page has been modified, either by you or someone/something else. Please remcvoe all references to 'page speed'
I cannot give support on modified code.

The project you have shared does not contain the modifications, so it may be a 'feature' of the server.

The AWS server guy tell me. it is the code file problem....
