Hi,
This problem popped up all of sudden without any color change.
The color of the bars for publication years looks different from the color on web building program. The link is below.
http://www.qianwanggroup.com/2021.html
It looks black (checked with many devices) but actual color I set on program is blue (#0000FF)
If you can give me any advice, that would be appreciated.
Thank you.

Re: the color looks different when published
You have the link color set to #0000FF but the button itself is an image which is black in color. The buttons look like just shapes. How does the color look when you just preview it? Still look black or the blue color? Since these are images, are you sure you uploaded the correct button images?
Re: the color looks different when published
A strange one. Each of the black rectangles has a roughly 1px L/H, R/H and bottom border of the blue colour you mention but the body of the rectangles are fairly close to black.
Re: the color looks different when published
I right clicked the button and checked the properties.
#0000FF (blue) is the set color of the buttons, not the link color.
To make sure, I've just changed one of button to red and previewed.
It is still black but only the bottom border has changed to red like Christ said.

Re: the color looks different when published
Your button is just a shape using a gradient correct? In looking at the css code, the color is being applied to the link <a> tag and the button is a .gif image. Can you save the image in a different format and see if you get the same results?
Re: the color looks different when published
You are my hero!!
I changed the format from images to CSS3 and it worked!!!
The pain of having to change hundreds of buttons one by one remains, but feel so happy just by finding the way!!
Hope you have a blessing day!!
