needs review in wb17

in breakpoint design, when you add new object in default breakpoint you should check breakpoints to set object in correct place "needs review"
in layout design , when you add new object in default breakpoint layout grid set best place for object automatic and no need to review breakpoints
my question is does wb17 take it into ?

The "needs review" is mainly for fixed/absolute layouts.
In flexible layouts, the size and and position is automatically adjusted.
But still, it's good idea to review the page before publishing.
