Skinned dialogs

Skinned dialogs (Options -> Userinterface) cannot be deactivated.
Is this intentional or is it a mistake?

This is intentionally behavior. Some new UI functionality will not work when this is option is unchecked.
So, I decided to always enable it to make sure everything works.
