Problem with the Overlay Menue and breakpoints

Hello.

It seems there is a problem with the overlay menue and breakpoints in web builder 17.
At the top of my website I made a flex container.
In it I put a css menue on the right and a overlay menue on the left.
The overlay menue works and looks great in preview with webbrowser ... until ... I add breakpoints.
When I do this ... and look at it with preview ... the icon in the overlay menue (three bars) jumps slightly down a little bit.
But only the sign of the three white bars ... NOT the menue itself.
No matter how much breakpoints I add and no matter where the breakpoints are set.
It happens at the same position when stretching the browser window.
Is it a bug?
Or is it my fault by doing something wrong in the options?
I made everything like on my old website with web builder 16 and there it worked fine and had nothing like this.
