I saw in some tutorials, page names prefix with objects? (see image below)
Is it doing manually? or with any option?

This can be enabled in Tools -> Options -> Grid & Guides -> Show ID on layers.

In options, enable "include page names in IDs'

After enabling, it worked for newly created layout/forms.
For existing layout/forms it won't work. isn't it?

I would assume not as to not mess up your current IDs

Correct, this only applies to new objects.
