A question on paypal shipping
on wwb 17 has a good tool to ecormercer paypal
more like I do to charge a single shipping for a set of items, because every product I put in the cart the shipping goes up

Shipping costs must be setup in the PayPal account.

Unfortunately, I cannot help you with the configuration of the PayPal account.

Sign into your PayPal and go to "account settings" and then click " postage and packaging" and set your fixed postage rate, click save and this will then be added as default on checkout.
