Image Carousel ─ Intended behavior?

Regarding: Image Carousel (Slide Show) extension

I would like to know if the behavior I am experiencing is intended, or if there is an interface issue with the Image Carousel (Slide Show) extension.

In the General tab of this extension, when the mouse hovers over the "Full width:" field, the field changes from "false" to "Settings...".
The "Settings..." dialog doesn't appear to have anything to do with full width settings, so I'm thinking there might be a visual issue with the dialog box.

As crispy reply it would also be nice to see the screenshot due to be the fact Pablo has left the building (retired for the night) and wont see this till tomorrow.
