Hi Pablo,
Why would my marquee be missing (or hidden somehow) in the default break point, but appears in the smaller break points.  I've checked the flex box naming etc. and everything looks correct. I even remade the marquee and replaced it into the proper flex box. 
Is there a setting I'm missing that hides it in the default BP? 
Here is the page https://www.pacificcoastcruisers.com/contact.htm  just reduce the page size to the 600 BP or smaller and the marquee will appear

To be able to help you, I need a DEMO project so I can see all your settings.
Note: I do not need the complete project because that will only take more time to figure out what you have done.
Basically, I just need a small project with one page and object(s) that are relevant to your question.
