Wide website

Post by laros »

Hello,

I have noticed that lately it is trend to have very wide website (is seems like it is wide through the whole length of the monitor). Is it possible to do it in wysiwyg and how to do it? But how do you than do it to have it also on mobile?

Thank you for all the time and effort in advance! I really appreciate it.

Put it into a layout grid and set the size to something like 1920.

Here's an example https://www.dropbox.com/s/w5r5q5qpmu99j ... 2.wtp?dl=1

From as far back as WYSIWYG Web Builder 10 it has been possible to create RWD (Responsive Web Design) pages. With this it meant that it allowed you the designer to create your site that would shift in appearance from full width desktop to mobile devices. This was done by implementing "Breakpoints". The default page would always be the largest for talking sake this could be for example 1024px then 768px, 480px at one-time 320px was used but not as much now due to the changes in mobile phones in today's market.
