Superimpose image over various layergrids

Hi I'm trying to superimpose some text overlapping a couple of layergrids... is this possible?

You cannot overlap objects in a layout grid because in a grid, objects are floating.
However, you can put text on an image via a 'Watermark'.

a rollover text object
or
a card
