Mix layergrids and layers set to float

I take it that layergrids and layers (even if set to floating mode, fullscreen and relative horizontal sizing) don't play well together.

Layers have to be set to floating to play nice with layout grids. I use them often together.

Too funny. I tried it before posting and it didn't work for me... now, you said it works, it works!
