Hi all, another script?? question. I have a piece of text (lets encrypt) I have been told to paste on all the pages in the web. I have tried putting it in several places but it doesn't change the http to https.
Any help would be good.

Dave

Re: ssl cert
A SSL certificate needs to be installed on the server.
https is not related to the web pages.

Re: ssl cert
A SSL Certificate is something that is usually implemented on your server so really they are the only one that can assist you.
You will also need to implement a 301 redirect this is done using a .htcaccess file again this is server related so you should contact them.

Re: ssl cert
Hello Dave,
your Provider must do it at his DNS Server.
Usually the provider must add a certain DNS record to the DNS Server.
Let's encrypt check this and if all OK you become an Let's encrypt certificate.
That's nothing that you can do at the Website.
If you need more informations, please contact me.

Just to add that Lets Encrypt is a free SSL certificate but is not used by all providers. Many have their own paid for SSL certificate and do not provide the free service.
