Getting my images on google search

Although I have been trading via website for many years, I have always had a problem getting my images to appear in the 'Images search' on google. I have just noticed that when I select an image, in object manager it names the image 'Image1' or Image 2 etc. Should I change the name with 'Rename ID' ? Would this improve or be more likely to achieve being seen on google?
Never complain about getting old, the alternative is far worse!

The ID of the image does not affect search results.

Search engines use the title and description:
