label for form control

Hi there to the experts,
got WIN 10, WWB 17.1.2

The SEO-Assistant says:
SiteSearch1, Form control has no label, Use a label object to describe the purpose of the form control.

Don´t know how to add a label and don´t know where to look for a label?
Can anybody help to fix this SEO-problem?
