How to change page scrollbar colors in WYSIWYG v.17?

Post by GNP »

Hi,

the option to change the color of the scrollbars used to be under "Page Properties", but now it's no longer there. Any ideas where I can do this?

Thanks.

Sorry this is no longer available and is now deprecated as it was really only a feature of older versions of IE.
See the following:
viewtopic.php?f=10&t=56227&p=279841
Removed functionality
- Removed IE scrollbars, no longer supported by modern browsers.

Okay, thanks. Guess I'll have to create a new page and copy and paste the existing content unto it, because the previous page was already done with the scrollbar modification.

You can try, but you should note that this was a feature of the browser namely Internet Explorer itself and not of the software, so it may not work in today's modern browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari and let's not forget Edge Internet Explorers replacement. On a personal note I would not use it, as it can confuse users who simply expect to see the default style the browser and it can also effect users with a vision impairment such as colour blindness etc.
