- uninstall the DEMO
- unzip the full version (which you have received from the reseller) in the extension folder.

See also "How to install this extension so it is available in WYSIWYG Web Builder?" in the PDF that came with the extension.

I have installed the extension which I get after purchase but it is showing (DEMO) in the toolbox. Also TREE VIEW MENU is missing in "Navigation Extension Pack 2" which I get via email.

Did you first uninstall the DEMO?
Did you unzip the files to the correct folder?

What do you mean by 'nothing happened'?
Are you sure you have removed the DEMO?
Are you using the file that you have received from 2checkout?
Did you close the application when doing this?
What does your extensions folder look like?

Do all other extensions work?
Or maybe you have configured a different system folder in Tools -> Options -> Files & Folders?
I still think there is some kind of mix up with your files.
It is difficult to help you, if I cannot see what you have done.

All other extensions may work, I do not test all at this time. Tree view menu is missing.
I will uninstall the whole software from my pc and reinstall all the things again to check, tomorrow.
Thanks for your quick help. I will keep you posted after doing the above step. Thanks.

I have exactly the same problem as this on two different installations.

I have removed the DEMO version of this extension and reinstalled both by using the extension manager and also by dropping the ResponsiveSidebarMenu files into the system/extensions folder.

The extension continues to come up marked as DEMO.

It looks to me like the the extension included in the NavigationPackVolume2 (which I have downloaded several times) includes only the DEMO version of this extension. If I open the extension with notepad++ I can search and find the string "AVCDemoDlg"

This may not be the explanation but either way I can't get the extension to work.

@bobjdixon Please note that the Extension Manager only has "Demo" versions of the paid extensions. To be able to fully use and save them you have to purchase.
If you have already purchased then you should go to the following url below so to be able to download/update purchased extensions enter the email used and order number.

Hi,

I bought the complete package with all the extensions and installed them from the download links in my purchase email. Most of them installed and worked ok but not the ResponsiveSidebar, which continued to be marked as DEMO. I redownloaded the extension ZIPed files and reinstalled from them but it continued to be marked as DEMO.

I've followed your link and put in my purchase email and order number. Clicking on the submit just cleared the form. Can I assume that you'll send me the link to the update extensions now as there was no confirmatory message on the form?
