Responsive Design Testing on Real Devices! FREE

Post by quikflixx »

This site is pretty cool!

It lets you input your website URL and then it will show a preview of your website on most popular cellphones!
It lets you view portrait and landscape views so you can see exactly how your site looks.

This is not a plug, I just happen to stumble upon it and wanted to share it! :D

Link is here: https://www.browserstack.com/responsive

**** I think this tool should be pinned **** It's very useful.

I've only been here a few months. :D
Perhaps newer (and less experienced) members can benefit from this tool, like myself.

Thanks for your input though!

Also you can use the same kind of feature in any chromium based browser under development tools (F12).

I just tried your tip and I love it!
I'm fairly new to web development and never knew this existed.

Thank you very much!

Same with FireFox - tools -> browser tools -> Responsive Design mode.

Of the two, which is best for newbies to work with?

Thank you!

Try both - see what you get on with. I use FF, but only because that is my main browser of choice.
