Problems:
1. Table is not responsive, I mean when I change width for default view it is changing to all breakpoints.
2. Text font size is the same for all breakpoints (it is not related to the table) whenever I change it for a particular breakpoint.

Sir, found a solution for point number 2. Enable responsive font option, but it is hard to find the option because double click on TEXT element is not opening the option form. This desired option is on right-click menu on the TEXT element.

HTML tables are not responsive. Because the structure of a table cannot be changed via CSS.
However, if you use it inside a layout grid then it will be flexible.
Or you can try to set the 'size mode' to 'percentages'
