Accordion active panel false not working

Using the "Accordion" which is on "jQuery UI/Bootstrap" it seems although "Active Panel: FALSE" the panel still does not stay closed it stays open. Is it a normal behaviour? Btw in the Accordion help it is documented "Can be set to 'false' to display none at start".

This feature is only available for jQuery UI.
Also, 'Collapsible' should be cheeked otherwise the accordion cannot collapse....
