PHP update

I use the built in PHP form but my hosting company is saying I should update to the latest PHP in order for the form to work correctly. Is this something should be concerned about? Thank you

maybe they are saying to update the php on your hosting to the latest version. Have a look in your cpanel of the hosting if you have one and you should be able to change it there.

From another post of yours it shows you are using WB17 which supports PHP8.1 With your form what php have you set it to use? As suggested by Graham contact your host to ask what they are using or what they require you to now use.
