Parallax scrolling

Has anyone found a way either make parallax scrolling work on an iOS or turn it off if using an iOS device.

If it does not work, you can turn it off in the break points that you want.
Running WYSIWYG Web Builder since 2007...

WB17 supports 'universal-parallax’ which should also work on iOS.
