Shared menu

Post by KingSparta »

Is there a way to make a shared menu where all pages use the same menu page?

Maybe it is me but I could never get the sample "masterframes.zip" to work with Chrome or edge

It would for example load up the "About" form but not in the "Content Place Holder" where I think it should go.

The sample works, but you will need to make sure that the master page type is set to
Master frame (requires content place holder)

I made sure it was set to master frame.

I think there is a problem with it.

Last version it was made under was version 7

It has nothing to do with the browser. It works in every browser.

Make sure that the master page type is set to "Master frame (requires content place holder)"

You will need to select the master frame in the properties of the 'content' page, not in the master frame itself.
