I had seen something similar to this and wanted to use on an upcoming project so I created a simple extension for it and decided to share it for free. Typically in a photo gallery, when you hover over an image there is some sort of effect on that image like a fade effect. In this case, I wanted all of the other images in the gallery to have a fade effect except for the image I was hovering over. Maybe you'll find it useful too!
