In my project (www.klavierstimmer.com), the SEO tool shows: "web site has no sitemap.xml" /Details: Enable "Generate sitemap" for this project.

How important is this for SEO? How and where to change it?

You can enable the site map in Tools -> Sitemap
Or simply double click the error message...

A sitemap is a blueprint of your website that help search engines find, crawl and index all of your website's content. Sitemaps also tell search engines which pages on your site are most important. There are four main types of sitemaps: Normal XML Sitemap: This by far the most common type of sitemap. Along with sitemap do not forget the ROBOTS.TEXT file it is also somewhat needed for seo.

There has another two problems in the project:
1. (Page),Page has no header tags,Add headings (h1, h2 etc) to the page.
2. LayoutGrid9,Image too large (> 750KB),banner_00.jpg: Optimize the image before adding it to the page

How to solve them? Image cannot be found banner_00.jpg!!!
