I'm trying to simplifier my design by using styles and templates where possible.
I'm wondering whether there is a workaround what I'm trying to acheive.
This is what I want to do but I think it will not work.
I have setup up a master page with a sticky header and a floating footer, everything works as it should.
Because most of my pages have a layoutgrid with 3 columns the outright most column having a navigational menu I thought of also including this grid within the master page.
I think this is not possible, because if i setup other pages using this master page then I can not add any content in those grid coloumns because its part of the master page. Is this correct, if yes is there an alternative or is the alternative is to create separate grids in each page?
Thanks

Re: Master Page Template
You cannot add content to layout grids which are on another page.
But in this tutorial there is a demo how to use master page and layout grids:

Re: Master Page Template
Thanks Pablo, I thought so.
Next question is not related, if you want i can create another thread?
I've created styling for my body font which is normal
If i want to bold just one word it continues to switch to the styling setting i created normal font...is there a more effective way to do this?

Re: Master Page Template
If which context are you doing this?
Can you please be more specific?

Re: Master Page Template
In styling manager I have created a styling called "body_text" with a font size of 15 with my preferred font style and set to normal
If I then create a text box and apply the styling setting of body_text then all of my font will have the styling of body_text, which is what it is suppose to do.
If I want to bold one word within the text box created above, it cannot be done because it has the styling of body_text which does not have bold enabled.
What is the best practice to do this?

Re: Master Page Template
In this case, you will also have to create a "bold version" of the style.
