Why are the heading and image moving?

Post by Alan »

In the editor the heading is as it should be. In the browser, the image moves over the heading and I don't know why.
I have tried various Fixed, Floating, Fixed Header... and changed the order of the elements but nothing works as I expected.

Can you give a link of the live website or a demo project so we can check? Seeing the image we do not get much information.

As you are using a template that header layout grid has a transition added to it. It is an intentional behaviour. If you want it to have a fixed color then select the #wb_header grid and put a solid background on it. So delete the custom code 1st then #header set to Header (Fixed) and after that go to #Home layout grid and give the top margin to 68.

Set the top margin at 68 to the next layer and the problem is solved. Because it's a floating layer it moves to the top of the page.
