FTP error

I got this error when i try tu publish my web page.

The host, user and password is correct, the softwate is not limited by the firewall

The error indicates that the host name is invalid.
Are you sure this is correct?
Can you connect with the same settings in another FTP tool?

I sent a message to my hosting support, it seems, the server is down.

Ill wait to see if the problem is solved
